Foreign Contribution Regulation Law FCRA issue :-
This is an institution from which any of the NGO can get benefits from abroad in the form of money.
But it is also feared to misuse sometimes.
For example ,
A few years back MHA ministry of home affairs cancelled the registration of Jawaharlal Nehru university , IIT Kanpur and some other educational institutes because of the irregularity in their FCRA account .
But this time MHA gave a clarity that MOC 's account did not freeze because FCRA has not approved for now.
Missionaries of Charity confirms that their FCRA registration has been neither suspended nor cancelled. pic.twitter.com/2gwvzJHgUY
